in a wide, shallow, microwave-safe bowl, assemble ingredients in individual layers. i prefer to start with bean sprouts, then greens, then meat, seasonings--aside from water and oyster sauce--and cabbage. dilute the oyster sauce with water and pour over the other ingredients. cover with cabbage leaves, and then cover with a plate and microwave for 6 minutes. let stand in microwave for 1-2min before cutting through the layers with scissors and serve over rice.
